Clear, transparent, and fair conditions for UK schools participating in our 2025/26 Academic Year pilot.

Our Commitment to Schools

We believe in earning your trust before asking for your budget. These terms are designed to remove risk and allow you to evaluate Dray's Learning Hub on its merits.

1. Duration & Access

The School Pilot Programme runs for a fixed duration of 6 weeks (42 days) from the date of account activation.

•Access includes full platform functionality for up to 30 pupil accounts and 5 staff accounts.
•The pilot period allows for comprehensive testing of curriculum alignment and AI tutoring features.

2. No Payment Obligations

Participation in the pilot is completely free of charge.

•No credit card details or purchase orders are required to start.
•There is no automatic billing or subscription enrolment at the end of the pilot.
•Schools are under no obligation to purchase a licence after the pilot concludes.

3. Data Ownership & GDPR

Your school retains full ownership of all data generated during the pilot.

•All data is stored securely in the UK (AWS London Region) in full compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
•We act as a Data Processor; the school remains the Data Controller.
•Data can be permanently deleted upon request at any stage.

4. Cancellation & Export

We ensure a transparent exit process if you choose not to continue.

•You may export student progress reports and curriculum analytics at any time during the pilot.
•If you do not proceed to a paid plan, your account enters a 'Grace Period' of 30 days before full data deletion, allowing ample time for record retrieval.
